Nice place but the fire fighting place next door made me do fire fighting runs all day. Its was like 8 houds

This was our first time here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers could use a little TLC as in repairs and a deep clean. This is a beautiful park and has alot of privacy, it has alot to offer like trails and 2 playgrounds. We enjoyed our camping trip there. It is close to a town just in case you need anything from a grocery store.

After camping and traveling for 3 months across Canada, we stayed two nights at Vermillion before continuing east back to Ontario. The site was nice and big, close to washrooms and water tap. Staff seemed friendly and accommodating, they let us check in earlier than the posted time. The trails were also nice to walk and run. Only cons, the washrooms seemed extremely unkept. We watched staff clean, but fairly sure they just quickly mopped the floor and left the dirty toilets and soap scum covered sinks untouched. The showers on the other hand, have they ever been washed since the park opened? Broken tiles and shower doors, dirty shower curtains and scum build up make it an unpleasant place to be for the $2/5min price. Glad I had shower flip flops.

This is a very nice place to camp. We traveled from British Columbia to Regina and back. We liked it so much going that we stayed again back. easy access. Friendly helpful staff. If we are ever in the area again we we stop there again. It was late August and it seemed everywhere we stopped this summer had some Wasps around but Vermilion was not any worse then any other place.

Lots of wasps, like lots.... I killed 56 in one day. There are also prairy dogs everywhere, especially under fire pits. Spray park is pretty good. The biggest downfall is how the sites in F overlap the sites in E dispite how the map makes it look. We still had fun!
