I went in to get a quote to fix my truck. I mentioned that I've never had my truck in the garage in 3 yrs. Never used my warranty. I walked out booked to get my truck fixed and it will be taken care of. Seeing I've never used my warranty. Well oh my.. I nearly cried. They encouraged me to apply for a loan for an expensive vehicle knowing that most likely I wouldn't get the loan. When I didn't get the loan they never reassured me that they would keep on looking for a vehicle for me. Although a few weeks later they did reach out to me about a older vehicle they thought I might like!
Travelling from point a to point b and check engine light came on while hauling a large 5thWheel. Called the service department and they said to stop in and they would look at it right away which they did. Flashed the computer and they said we need to have a recall done soonest but we are back on the road. And they welcomed our old dog in the hot weather. Thank you to all the great staff!!!
Our Dodge Ram started acting up on the highway just outside of Vermillion. It was -30 degrees and we had our Christmas gifts and our two young kids in the car. We went to Vermillion Chrysler and they patiently fixed the problem and were incredible to work with. Didn't even charge us a penny. Highly recommend this dealer!
